OUR TRAINING OVERVIEW
For both student and adult dancers, the best approach to ballet coaching requires individualized corrections, consistency in training, and an understanding of both practical and artistic aspects of classical ballet.
Our online program is designed to help dancers progress and see significant results in their technique and ultimately transform their approach to ballet.
TRAINING LEVELS
Beginner Level
Designed for students with at least one year of ballet training. Must know ballet terminology and class structure.
- Appreciation of ballet through physical practice
- Improved physical & mental health
- Builds coordination, stamina, strength, artistry
Intermediate Level
For students with 2+ years of ballet. Able to perform simple centre and jumping combinations.
- Consistent ballet experience
- Returning dancers with past training
- Re-establishing physical knowledge of technique
Advanced Level
Requires 4+ years of consistent training. Executes complex combinations with artistry and emotional expression.
- Extensively trained student dancers
- Passionate adults refining technique
- Focus on dynamic movement & artistry
