This comprehensive program places emphasis on core strength, weight placement, and body alignment, supported by a thoughtfully curated series of exercises designed to build Skills, Confidence & Muscle memory.
It is an essential tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation, making it valuable not only for young dancers but also for athletes and gymnasts.
